This condo was completely renovated in 2024 and is located on the 3rd floor of the family-oriented 24-unit exclusive Sugar Dunes Complex in Seagrove Beach, Florida.

Sugar Dunes is off the beaten path away from all the hustle and bustle of 30A, but also conveniently located to restaurants, shopping, Seaside and The Hub along 30A.

This 3 bedroom/3 bath beachfront unit will make you feel right at home when you walk in the door. Each bedroom is large and has a flat screen TV. Two bedrooms have en-suite bathrooms and the third bedroom shares the hall bath. The laundry closet is located just outside the hall bath and has a new full size washer and dryer.

As you enter the open kitchen, dining and living areas you will be greeted with panoramic beach views through the floor-to-ceiling windows and a locking sliding glass door that leads out to the spacious balcony.  You can spend time on the balcony taking in the views or you can easily access the stairs directly from the balcony that lead immediatly to the sand.

The kitchen has beautiful updated recycled glass and seashell countertops, a glass and stone tile backsplash and stainless-steel appliances. It is also well stocked with a coffee maker, blender, toaster, dishes, cookware and much more. The dining table offers seating for 8 with 3 extra seats at the kitchen counter.

You will enjoy the open living area with a large flat screen TV, comfortable furniture and fireplace.  

Renter must be 25 years or older and must be staying at the property throughout the rental period.  Only 2 vehicles are allowed and must be parked in the garage.

Sugar Dunes is a gated community with a maximum of two vehicles allowed per condo. Anyone with more than two vehicles (unless unloading) will be towed at the renter's expense. Parking passes are provided in our guest portal and must be display at all times during your stay.  No golf carts, boats, trailers, RVs, or jet skis are allowed on property.

This 3rd-floor unit is located next to the elevator and has a detached garage deep enough for two cars. The complex does have an elevator.

Once you visit Sugar Dunes, you will want to return year after year to your private beachfront condo. Just remember you can't get closer to the beach than Anchor Dunes.
