Spectacular 1-bedroom sout-east corner on the 2 nd floor of Block C in the iconic Skol Building. Partially renovated, southeast-facing apartment is fitted with huge windows to let you soak up the amazing views and sunsets looming over Puerto Banus, Gibraltar, and African Rif mountains.

Accommodation comprises: spacious living/dining room with a flat-screen TV and access to the large main terrace; fully-fitted kitchen with washing machine, stove, oven, microwave, toaster, coffee machine, fridge; bedroom with two single beds, bathroom with shower on the bath. This apartment offers some of the best views in Marbella.
