The living area includes a fully equipped kitchenette, a dining table, two comfortable armchairs, and a sofa bed (Please note: the sofa bed will not be prepared for your arrival, as we believe it is fair for you to use the sofa during non-sleep hours. You will find sheets, pillows, and blankets in the wardrobe/shelf closest to the sofa.) The space is enhanced by a stone fireplace, perfect for warming up winter evenings and creating a magical and cozy atmosphere. From the large French window, you can access the private terrace, offering a stunning view of the village houses and surrounding mountains.

The double bedroom, decorated with a wooden wall reflecting the typical mountain style, is equipped with a dresser and a desk with two chairs. The bathroom has a bidet and a bathtub with a shower.



The apartment has a private parking lot reserved for residents, where you must display the parking permit provided inside the apartment.



Quality bedding, towels and a courtesy kit are provided.

We also leave a gift basket with some necessary items for your first breakfast.



Any commercial business is forbidden inside the apartment.

Guests have the access of the whole apartment.

For sports enthusiasts and outdoor activities, Madesimo offers endless opportunities year-round. In winter, the Skiarea Valchiavenna ski lifts, just 10 minutes on foot from the apartment, provide easy access to alpine skiing and snowboarding slopes of various levels, cross-country skiing tracks, and areas dedicated to snowshoeing and ski mountaineering. Additionally, the Team Adventure Madesimo rental, 5 minutes by car, offers exciting snowmobile tours on routes of various durations and types for a unique adrenaline-filled experience. In the summer season, the area turns into a paradise for hikers and mountain bike enthusiasts, thanks to a network of scenic trails immersed in nature. How to get there:

By car: Follow SS36 of Lake Como and Spluga towards Madesimo, then take Via X Madesimo. Set the GPS, and in about 3 minutes, you will reach the property.

By train: From Colico station, take train 10170 towards \"Chiavenna\" and get off at the last stop (7 stops, about 32 minutes). At the FS bus station in Chiavenna, take the A004 bus towards \"Madesimo de Giacomi\" and get off at the \"Madesimo, Degli Argini, Palaghiaccio\" stop. The property is about a 10-minute walk away.
