Good Performance

The property is in the process of renovaton. The staff were helpful to deliver the needs of myself and my granddaughter and for that we are greatful.

Worst experience ever. These pictures are just a couple. It was bad bad bad. Bugs on the ceiling ( and they were huge!). Bathroom was dirty. room slept 4 with 2 towels only. No hand towels, no washclothes. Dirty dirty behind toilet. Quite honestly it was disgusting as hell.

I rarely leave reviews, but this stay was truly awful and needs to be shared. The room was filthy from the moment we arrived. There was dried sticky liquid on the nightstand, a filthy dresser, and a table covered in dried spills. The microwave had an ice holder with old, moldy rice and what looked like meat inside. The refrigerator was disgusting — yellow, sticky residue all over the bottom like something had spilled and never been cleaned.The bathroom was even worse. There was dried urine on the toilet base and seat, and the floor had what looked like dried blood and feces stains. The shower head barely worked and sprayed water sideways. The bed sheets were stained and had long hair all over them — clearly not changed.We even passed a housekeeper who was clearly smoking weed, which explains a lot about the lack of cleanliness and attention to detail. The hallways were filthy, and I honestly don’t think the place owns a vacuum. To top it off, we found (and killed) two baby cockroaches on the wall.It was so bad that I actually went to the store and bought disinfectant cleaner, wipes, and paper towels just to make the place livable. We ended up leaving it way cleaner than it was when we arrived — which is unacceptable considering how much we paid.If I hadn’t already paid and if other hotels had rooms available, we would have left immediately. Please save yourself the headache and do not stay here.
