brand new 3 bedroom appartement with pool.
relaxing place in the middle of busy area of davao center close from the malls and massage parlor and groceries store, lot of restaurants are around and the condominium is really secured.
when I bought this unit everything was old and in bad shape me and my spouse decided to change everything from top to bottom we had change the whole kitchen were we put marble a nice sink we changed the bathroom bowl, the foster has been changed all there beds are brand new, has towels and everything that you find at that place we wanted customer to feel at home were nothing is missing.
