Disliked: Cleanliness, amenities, communication

Ho alloggiato in un appartamento dell'agenzia "Comacchio experience" a Pomposa per una settimana insieme ad altre due persone adulte ed una bambina. Gli spazi sono ben strutturati e sicuramente l'arredamento moderno è ad effetto e apparentemente molto bello. Purtroppo dopo pochi minuti di permanenza abbiamo trovato diverse mancanze: poca pulizia (aloni di unto su lavabo e fornelli, pavimento sporco ), mobili di bassa qualità (i cassetti di un mobile si sono smontati al primo utilizzo), problemi tecnologici con le apparecchiature elettriche (il telecomando di una finestra VELUX non funzionante, i fornelli ad induzione che si spegnevano ancora prima di scaldarsi, luce che a volte saltava all'utilizzo delle prese elettriche). Lo staff ha risolto alcuni problemi ma l'agenzia (che si occupa di molti servizi) non si è mostrata curante dell'aspetto dell'ospitalità e della comunicazione con il cliente, per questo non mi sento di consigliarla considerato anche l'alto costo.
