Easy enough. Didn't see anyone. Was directedt to my room. I asked for further guidance and recieved it clearly. If I had to visit the area again I would choose this place.

Could’ve been better

The pictures were a bit deceptiveThe owner has bags of linen, etc., stored under the bed as well as a fan iron, etc. in the windowThere is a large mirror with a crack in it and an old computer monitor sitting on the desk why I don’t knowShared kitchen had not been cleaned in sometimeShe did not advise the other tenants that I would be coming

Thank you Michael for your review.. The room is exactly as it was in the picture. The fan and iron are kept for the use of the lodgers for use well needed. The large mirror has a small crack does not affect what its reflects. As seen in the picture this was never an old computer but new PC and you don't have to use it. The entire apartment is being cleaned always and it might have been that one of the lodgers / tenants have just used it without cleaning, if dirty. You have your separate room with shared kitchen & bathroom and so other lodgers / tenants do not have to be told you are coming as they have their separate rooms. Just to remind you that this is a private host and the rating has been 90% - 100% even at other booking platform. I know all you did before you checked-in which I did accommodated; but you don't have to allow that to distort the rating.

Sur l’annonce de Abritel ce n’était pas marqué que la cuisine et salle de bain était à partagé je pensais avoir le logement pour moi seul. La cuisine est très bien équipé en électroménager mais moins en vaisselle et surtout le frigo pas très propre. Il y a des placard marqué au numéro des chambre pour ranger ses affaires mais le nôtre était déjà rempli. Sinon la chambre et salle de bain très propre. Nous avons pas été gêné par les autres voyageurs nous les voyons très rarement c’est comme si on était seul. Le logement se situe a 7min à pied des arrêt de bus pour rejoindre le centre qui est très rapide environ 30-40min du centre qui est très bien pour visiter le centre de Londres

Hi, though I struggled to interpret your message but was able to get it at last. This is a shared apartment, I am not sure why this was not indicated as I tried to make this clear. There was a fridge assigned to your room as the other fridge was meant for the other lodgers and they do the cleaning themselves on long term plan. I will look into the storage facilities as this was clearly for your room. Good to hear the room and bathroom were cleaned. We aim to provide best service always to our guests.
