The open-plan living area includes a sofa bed, dining space, and access to a private balcony and enclosed garden with seating.
The bedroom features a double bed with linens, and the bathroom includes towels and toiletries. Located on the first floor, The Studio is pet-friendly upon request.

LIVING AREA:
The Studio benefits from a cosy living space equipped a 32-inch SMART TV with Netflix.
The lounge has a sofa bed which will sleep two people if needed.
There is free WIFI for guests to use throughout their stay and the smart TV allows you to access streaming services with ease.
We have also provided a small selection of books and games for those of you who want to switch off from the online world!
KITCHEN/COOKING FACILITIES:
The kitchen is equipped with everything you’ll need for your stay, including a two ring electric hob with oven, kettle, coffee machine, microwave, toaster, fridge freezer and dishwasher.
We also provide all essential cooking utensils, pots & pans, crockery, cutlery, sharp knives and glassware plus essentials such as milk + condiments for cooking.
DINING AREA:
The folding dining table seats up to 4 people and looks out over the balcony with field views.
WORK SPACE:
A small desk and chair are available for guests who need a dedicated space to work, whether you're traveling for business or catching up on tasks during your stay.
BEDROOM:
The bedroom offers a double bed, wardrobe, and small chest of drawers, with all linens provided. There is also a sofa bed that can sleep up to two people, if you plan to use the sofa bed, just let us know, and we’ll supply additional bedding.
BATHROOM:
The bathroom includes a shower cubicle, toilet, and sink, with towels, shampoo, conditioner, and body wash provided.
** The Studio is compact at just 27 square metres with an open-plan layout with no separate rooms or enclosed sleeping areas.
** Although The Studio can accommodate up to 4 guests with a double bed and a sofa bed, its compact size makes it better suited for 2 people or solo travellers.
** Due to the layout and design of our space, our property is not suitable for children under 12 or infants.
OUTSIDE:
You’ll have access to your own private balcony with views over fields and your own private enclosed garden. There are seating areas located on the balcony and in the garden.
PARKING & ACCESS:
You’ll have your own free off-road parking directly outside The Studio.
The property is on the first floor and accessed via stairs, so it may not be suitable for those with mobility issues.
PETS:
Well behaved dogs are considered on an individual basis so please have a chat with us before booking if you are thinking about bringing your dog. We will ask you the size of your dog before accepting your booking. Photo evidence may be required. Please read through our pet policy which can be found under house rules before booking.
LONG STAYS:
We welcome guests looking for long stays, including relocators, students on placement, remote workers, business stays, contractors etc…-We offer a 25% discount for stays of 28 days or more.

If the dishwasher is full, feel free to start it - otherwise, please wash small items by hand or leave them in the sink.
Dispose of any rubbish using the recycle bins provided under the stairs.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
