For special occasions, the event hall is available for family celebrations or professional gatherings, with an industrial kitchen available upon reservation.

Additional amenities include private parking and high-speed Wi-Fi throughout the property, ensuring convenience and connectivity during your stay.

Guests have access to the entire property, including the pool, garden, and all indoor facilities. The outdoor areas and event hall can be shared with guests of the other Lima River property, the S. Salvador House, offering flexibility and a social experience when desired. The event hall with industrial kitchen is available only for special event reservations.

- During peak season (May to October), the pool is regularly maintained to provide an impeccable guest experience. In the low season (November to April), the pool may be closed, subject to confirmation with our team.
