Disliked: Location, listing accuracy

We stayed in July 2025. This property is located in London City Center, near bus stops and within walking distance to Tesco Express. Poor check-in process: we had to contact the host and asked for check-in information. Then they gave us the incorrect WiFi information that we had to contact them again.The property is in poor condition. Windows blinds are broken, mirror is broken, entry door security broken, and there are holes on the wall. We reported to the host the day we checked in and they said they knew about it. The host provided only bath towels and no hand towel for bathroom and no hand towel for kitchen.
