Villa Terriccia

The villa in Castellina Marittima has 7 bedrooms and has capacity for 14 people. The villa is 660 m². The villa is part of an antique town of Etruscan origin and it is immersed in the uncontamminated coutryside of the Tenuta Castello del Terriccio, amongst the sweet Tuscan hills.

It offers rare and beautiful views of the vineyards, alternating with woods of

Turkey oaks and oaks, eucalyptus and the mediterranean bush which give color and perfume to the surrounding area. Together with all this, fields, country houses as far as the mediterranean sea, between the Maremma coast of Bibbona and Castiglioncello. The many lakes and torrents assure the existence of varied flowers and wild fauna.

From the property one can see 4 islands in the Tuscan sea and in the evening a magnificient sunset which diappears into the Tirrenian sea.

The villa also has a stupendous pool, 22 x 9 metres and 150 cm deep with

sunbeds and lielows, gazebo, a relax area with the BBQ outside to eat alfresco in the evening.

Villa Terriccia contains 7 double bedrooms with ensuite bathrooms, fully equipped kitchen, 2 dining rooms, lounge area and a large verandah overlooking the pool and the sea with the surrounding park.



Ground Floor:

On the ground floor the entrance and lounge with fireplace, the 2 dining rooms (one for 6 guests and the other one for 14), livable kitchen, 2 bathrooms, and internal staircases leading to the first floor.

First Floor

5 double bedrooms with ensuite bathrooms looking over the gardens. Each bedroom has 2 single beds which can be joinedn together to make up double beds.

One of these bedrooms has a private terrace and 2 of the others have door/windows which open onto the same panoramic terrace.

The last 2 bedrooms are still on the first floor but with access from an outside stair case. One has 2 single beds that which can be joined to make a double bed, bathroom with shower and a private lounge. The second is similar, but without the private lounge.

All rooms are equipped with air conditioning and TV.
