If you are looking for a peaceful getaway to Tahoe, this is the place. 3-Story Townhome in a small lakeside complex (52 units) in Dollar Point. Five minute drive to Tahoe City and ten minute drive to Kings Beach. Located "up the hill" from the lake, a short walk or drive to the private beach, pool, and tennis courts.

* Highspeed Mesh Wifi Routers
* BBQ (not available during winter months)
* Pool and Tennis Courts are closed during winter - starting 9/15
* Two exterior security cameras will be on during your stay (front door & back deck).
* No refunds will be due in the event your stay at the Vacation Rental becomes impossible for a reason outside of host’s control, including natural disasters, fire, epidemic, pandemic, federal, state, or local quarantine, civil commotion, changes in laws or regulations, evacuation orders, or other acts of government agencies.
