10 minute walk to the beach! SEArenity Now is an adorable 3BR, 2BA Santa Rosa Beach bungalow that is cozily tucked away in a pedestrian neighborhood. This adorable bungalow comfortably sleeps 8 people. Stroll through charming brick-paved streets to the community club house with resort-style pool, hot tub, barbecue, and Gulf observation tower. SEArenity Now is located off of 30A in the prestigious neighborhood of Highland Park in Blue Mountain Beach. SEArenity Now is 1/2 mile to the beach and within walking distance to Redfish Market and Blue Mountain Creamery.

This house backs up to Point Washington State Park so you can walk right off the oversized back porch and hike through 17 miles of hiking trails.

Step up to a quaint front porch and enter the sunlit foyer, where wood flooring covers the main level. This house has a master bedroom downstairs with a king sized bed. Upstairs there are two bedrooms and both bedrooms have a king sized bed and share a Jack-and-Jill bathroom with a tub/shower combination. Additionally, there are twin hallway bunk beds upstairs. The white kitchen is fully stocked with a breakfast bar seating four people. The kitchen harvest table seats 8 people. This kitchen is an entertainers dream and is loaded with all the kitchen gadgets you would find in your own home! You will enjoy cooking on the 5 burner gas range! The kitchen is open to the farmhouse chic living area that invites you to sink into 2 comfortable couches to catch your favorite shows on a 55” wall-mounted flat-screen TV.

Ready for surf and sun? The home offers direct access to the beach, less than a half a mile away when utilizing the path out the back door.

Check in is a 4:00PM & check out is at 10:00 AM.

Smoking, Vaping & Cigars are strictly prohibited anywhere on the property!!!

Maximum occupancy (8) is enforced.

All renters must be over 25 years of age. All vacationers under the age of 25, must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian duration of stay.

Beautiful house in peaceful neighborhood

This house was perfect for our family vacation with 4 kids! The home itself is absolutely gorgeous! We were shocked at how quite the neighborhood was. We loved sitting on the back porch that backs up to the forest. Great central location. Heather and Josh are so kind and a dream to work with!

Great house/location with the BEST host!

I cant recommend this property enough! The house was gorgeous and in a great location. Our kids really enjoyed the pool and our short golf cart rides to the beach! The house was extremely clean and very well taken care of. We fit two families (4 adults, 4 kids) with ease. And the best part of this rental was the host. Heather was easily the best host I’ve ever worked with. She made everything so easy from start to finish and we will definitely be back to her property in the future!

We loved our stay!

We loved every part of our time at SEArenity Now! The house was beautifully decorated, roomy, clean and had everything we needed! The kitchen was stocked full of dishes, pans, and cooking gadgets. The Wi-Fi and smart TVs were fast and easy to use. We also enjoyed playing several of the board games provided for guests. The pool in the neighborhood is very nice and just a short walk. Heather was a jewel to work with! She sent detailed information about the area and then took time for a phone call to help answer any additional questions we had. If we vacation in this area again, we will definitely stay here again! You won’t regret booking SEArenity Now!!
