Welcome to "Lavender Palms!" This beautiful beach home is located in the desirable neighborhood of Highland Parks! Staying in this great neighborhood gives you access to all its wonderful amenities, including the resort-style heated community pool, hot tub, fire pit, and look-out tower, and is only a short bike away from the gorgeous waters of the Emerald Coast! The beach house itself is a great family-friendly layout, with an open floor plan on the first floor of the home, and plenty of space for the family to spread out in each of the 3 bedrooms on the 2nd floor. Your morning coffee is sure to be even more refreshing when enjoyed on the home's private balcony overlooking the beautiful nature preserve, and the walking paths there for your pleasure! Wrap up a great day spent on the sugar sand beaches by relaxing at home, and staying in! Your family can enjoy some fresh seafood from a local market hot off the home's private gas grill, or from one of the community's grills, found in the outdoor community kitchen area!! Don't forget to bring: 

All guests are provided with an "amenity starter kit," which includes an initial supply of bath soap, conditioning shampoo, shower gel, dishwasher pods ( x2) toilet paper, paper towels, hand soap, laundry pods (X2), and trash bags. These items are provided for your convenience and are intended to get you through your first 24-48 hours. We do also recommend you bring, or plan on purchasing upon arrival, the following: paper towels, toilet paper, trash bags, napkins, condiments, spices, dishwashing liquid, laundry soap, coffee, coffee filters / k-cups, beach towels, umbrella, beach toys, and anything else you anticipate needing on your trip.
