The flat is exactly as described. Very large with lots of amenities in a great location. The hosts responded to all our questions and requests quickly and kindly!
I had a lovely time with my family here. Host was easy to speak with and the location was great as a train station is nearby. Lots of nice restaurants close by along with a couple grocery stores. Would highly recommend to anyone staying with a family
Had an excellent stay in Hampton hill. Apartment was extremely clean and everything was in great condition and accurately described. Communication was excellent with Becky throughout our stay and the guide she sent beforehand was really useful. Highly recommend staying here

Looks are Deceiving
The outside of the property did not have any curb appeal and no images were on the site showing the front of the property which I found very deceiving. There was also 18 flights of arise that was also not visible in the images. We travelled with our 75 year old mom and that would’ve been nice to know in advance. The inside of the property was okay very clean and nice except for a few areas. Like, the wet mop is stored in a closet and you can smell it when passing I have allergies so that was difficult. The freezer and kettle was not cleaned it had paper towel stuck to it and kettle appeared to have not been cleaned in a long time. Location is also 1hr and 30 minutes from central London

Thank you for your feedback. I’m sorry to hear that there were aspects of the stay that didn’t meet your expectations.
However, I’m quite surprised by the contents of this review, as you did not raise any of these concerns with me during your stay despite us being in communication on numerous occasions during your stay. As you know I was available at all times and would have been more than happy to address any issues in real-time.
The front of the building is not shown on our advert, this is a common and intentional practice for the privacy and security of our guests and neighbours.
Cleanliness is something we take very seriously and I would have liked the opportunity to rectify any oversights immediately, had I known. However I’m pleased you have clarified it was very clean in most areas.
Lastly, the location is clearly stated on the listing. It’s unfortunate that you found it misleading, as many guests choose this property for its balance of space, value, and peaceful surroundings just outside the city. We are a 37 minute train to Waterloo.
We always encourage guests to reach out directly so we can make things right during their stay - it’s disappointing that we weren’t given that chance here.
Finally, the flat is a first floor flat. This is clearly shown on the floor plan on the advert with a single private stairs leading from the ground floor to the main flat area. Also, I refute that there are 18 flights, there is only one flight of stairs.
