A beautiful 19th century stone Tuscan Farmhouse on a private road, surrounded by woodland with spectacular views of hilltop villages and the town of Bagni di Lucca below. You can relax on the sun drenched terrace or swimming pool deck in complete peace and quiet with only bird song and church bells in the distance. You have private use of the entire house, garden & pool with a gated driveway for 3 cars. Perfect for large groups & families. Dogs also very welcome. All the bedrooms were fully renovated in January 2025! You will enjoy a lovely nights sleep in the spacious bedrooms with blackout shutters in all. There is terracotta floor and exposed ceiling beams throughout which gives the house that Tuscan vibe. There are fans in every room for warmer evenings and fly shutters on every window to keep out those pesky bugs. Pisa International Airport is only a 1 hour 10 minute drive away. The nearest supermarkets and restaurants are only a 10 minute drive down the hill. The beautiful walled city of Lucca is only a 40 minute drive away. The nearest beach is a 1 hour 15 minute drive. Abetone ski resort only a 1 hour drive. Enjoy Tuscan life in complete privacy and comfort at ‘Villa Giuseppe!’
