Our holiday home is situated on a spacious park with colorful and diverse holiday homes with openness to the central pond that you overlook and lots of privacy.

The park is located in Zeeuws-Vlaanderen on the South side of the Westerschelde with Vlissingen on the other side, North side.
This Zeeuws Vlaanderen has beautiful walking and cycling routes and nearby Breskens offers beautiful sandy beaches, cozy terraces and modern shops. The particularly beautiful holiday park Village Scaldia in Hoofdplaat distinguishes itself by the very spacious, luxurious and colorful holiday homes. The park offers a lot of peace and space and is located directly behind the Westerscheldedijk in Zeeland Flanders. The park has 2 playgrounds, a tennis court and a petanque court. There is also a lake / pond where you can fish. You can enjoy cycling and walking on the sea side of the dike.

Our home in the park is a 100 to 200 m walk from the dike along the Westerschelde. There you have a wonderful view of the sea, the sandbanks that dry out at low tide and where you can see the seals. There is also the view of shipping to Vlissingen, Terneuzen and Antwerp. The sailing yachts from Breskens also enliven the sea view.
Along the dike is beautiful walking and cycling as well as along and through the inland and outside nature areas / salt marshes.

The spacious home is modern and luxuriously furnished. In the summer you can enjoy the fresh air on the terrace. In winter you can spoil yourself with the cozy, cozy warmth of the fireplace.
On the ground floor you will find a sauna with accompanying shower, which you can relax throughout the year. The villa is intended for a stay of up to 6 people and has 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. The bathroom downstairs is also the shower at the sauna, there is no sink available.
There is a separate toilet on the ground floor. For your convenience, you will also find a dishwasher and a washing machine in the adjoining storage room that is accessible both inside and out.
The park is adjacent to the village of Hoofdplaat where there is a restaurant and snack bar near the park's entrance and furthermore a warm bakery and a few cafes, a pleasant village with a good atmosphere.
