Our house located in Cavo, a peaceful hamlet in the municipality of Rio on the island of Elba, is the perfect choice for those who want to enjoy a holiday full of relaxation and natural beauty. Just 700 meters from the sea, this charming home offers a comfortable outdoor space where you can enjoy the mild summer evenings and private parking for maximum convenience.

This cozy house in Cavo, just 700 meters from the sea, is the perfect spot for a comfortable and relaxing holiday. The house features three well-furnished rooms. The kitchen-living room is spacious and equipped with a dining table, refrigerator, oven, and a comfortable sofa bed (one and a half size), ideal for hosting an additional family member or friend. The double bedroom is cozy and bright, providing the perfect retreat after a day spent at the beach. The second bedroom has three single beds, making it perfect for children or groups of friends.

The bathroom is large and functional, with a modern shower box, washing machine, and everything you need for your comfort. Every room in the house is air-conditioned, ensuring a pleasant environment even on the hottest days. Outside, two terraces allow you to enjoy meals al fresco. Additionally, the property includes a convenient parking space, so you never have to worry about finding a spot.

– Check-in: from 4:00 PM to 7:00 PM.
– Check-out: by 9:00 AM.
- Linens: bed and bath linens are not provided in the apartments. It is possible to rent them within 7 days before the arrival date at a cost of Euro 40 euro for the double bed and 20 euro for the single bed, delivery only in our office in Portoferraio.
– Pets allowed with a supplement of 40 euros.
– No smoking inside.
