The villa has four spacious bedrooms, two bathrooms, a modern living room and a fully equipped kitchen. The master bedroom is equipped with an ensuite bathroom. The other three bedrooms share the second bathroom. Enjoy the tropical outdoor space with a comfortable lounge set and an 8-person dining table on the veranda. Via a staircase you reach the pool deck with sun beds, beach chairs, covered lounge sofas and a luxurious gas BBQ, ideal for relaxation and cozy evenings under the stars.

Layout villa

The villa has four 2-person bedrooms, all equipped with new, low-noise air conditioning and mosquito nets, two bathrooms, a very spacious living room with flat screen TV and a fully equipped kitchen with all conceivable kitchen appliances, such as an American fridge, oven, dishwasher, Senseo and Nespresso.

On the spacious veranda there is a comfortable lounge set and an 8-person dining table. The lower spacious pool deck is accessible via a staircase. Here too there is a large dining table and there are 4 separate sun beds and beach chairs. It is wonderful to relax here on three fixed covered lounge benches where 6 people can lie very comfortably. To complete it, there is a luxury BBQ (gas) and atmospheric deck lighting.

Surroundings

The apartment is located in an exclusive resort in the beautiful Vista Royal (Jan Thiel). The resort consists of luxury villas and apartments and offers the perfect combination of peace, privacy and luxury. The villas have private pools and there is a communal pool for the apartments. The beaches of Papagayo Beach and Jan Thiel Beach are only 100 meters away.

Good to know

- Intermediate cleaning including bed and bath linen € 100,- (mandatory for stays longer than 7 nights) to be paid in advance by Droomvilla.
- Late check-out can be requested locally from the manager at an additional cost.
- Car rental is on request.
- Electricity use max. 60 KwH per day. Above this, € 0.55 per KwH will be charged to the guest. Electricity consumption will be deducted from the paid deposit of € 500 after the stay.
