It’s good for a short stay, the room is clean but not quite what was pictured but one of the best value for central London being practically next door to Mornington tube. It took a while to get into the property and communication was a bit tricky however once we met the host and were able to know the rules. Easy place to stay with very basic amenities. Didn’t expect to be in a building with shared facilities but as long as the other guests are polite it works. Room very humid though in summer.

Basic small room in central London

This is fine for a 1 night stay or short stay in central London if you’re going to be out of the place most of the day/night. It’s in a convenient spot near a tube station. However the check in process was a little difficult as well as getting hold of the actual hosts there was no official details. On top of that the payment process seemed trickier than normal as we were unable to pay through the link they provided. Looks a bit different to pictures and is down a random staircase but the room was clean and bed comfy with basic facilities but it’s a bit dark/small but I suppose what you’d expect for the price in London.

The room was very basic, not like pictured in the advertisement. It was a small room with only a bed, small table and television (no storage room or hooks on the wall), located in a basement so very little natural light. No good isolation so we could hear the conversations of the people in the room next to us and them snoring. The bathroom was ok, but very humid, the seat sat loose and the toilet paper was not topped up. Sharing such a small space with other people made it dirty quite fast. The internet did not show up on our phones.Communication was quite good with the host, but the check-in was complicated.
