This home is truly amazing and is in the perfect location to serve as a Base Camp for access to world class skiing, mountain biking, exploring, fishing, canyoneering, hiking and ATVing. Located 5 minutes from Cedar Breaks National Monument and a short trip to Zions National Park and Bryce Canyon National Park and 30 minutes from the famous Utah Shakespeare Festival. This area is truly a slice of heaven and you won't regret your stay.

The pictures do not do it justice. It is a wonderful place to stay right across from the lift. We had plenty of room and an amazing view.

Got more than we expected! For the price we paid, I expected a small condo with small rooms. When we walked in the front door, I was extremely surprised! The place was huge, the view of the slopes was amazing, and the house was well kept. The kitchen had everything we needed, the beds were clean and comfortable, and there were plenty of things to do with some board games and TV. I would definitely recommend this stay!

Amazing location

We have visited Brian Head a few times now and loved everything about the place. This property was perfectly located from rentals, the ticket office, coffee, dining and their general store. The property was exactly as described and we would defiantly stay here again.

Brian Head Ski Week

The property was clean and comfortable. The location to both Great Steps and Navajo lodges is excellent. The view of the mountain is incredible. The unit had all kitchen items and we cooked in more than eating out. Great value compared to what you’ll pay for a hotel or lodging in other ski areas we’ve visited. We had a great stay and plan on returning in the future.

Perfect Location and Condo

Loved our time at the condo! Kitchen was fully stocked and so was the rest of the condo. Nice area downstairs for the kids to hang out and also allow the adults to relax by the fire watching the mountain of skiers :). Note that two of the bedrooms are upstairs and they are loft style.

Fantastic stay!

Of several trips to Brian Head, and all different locations - this was the best. Spacious and clean, and really well appointed. Location is great - across from the slopes. And Brad was great in answering any questions, and sending all info right on time. Highly recommend!

Great ski weekend

Super close to the lifts, we walked. House was clean and comfortable. It was hard to see building numbers at night, so finding which building took a minute. Would definitely stay again!

Very nice condo in a great location. Easy walk to Giant Steps across the street. Condo is large and very clean. Beds and sheets were comfortable. One car garage was very convenient. Owner was very responsive with any questions we had. Would definitely recommend.

We always love our stay at million dollar view. Its is the perfect location for giant steps. Always clean. Kitchen is well stocked with everything. Check in and check out is easy and communication is a breeze. We never want to stay anywhere else.

Beautiful convenient location

We have stayed in several rentals in Brian Head and this was one of our best experiences. The view is amazing and allowed us to estimate the crowds at Giant Steps each day. The condo was cozy and clean, the kitchen had everything we needed, and the unit had many extras as well. We appreciated the family oriented games, internet access, instant fireplace ambiance and our first time having access to a private garage which made out stay so much more convenient. Take note of the loft/room design and if you think it will work for your stay this is a wonderful VRBO opportunity.

Disappointing

Ok, so believe it or not, this is my first review…ever! That’s how strongly I felt about both the good and the not so great (aka: totally not disclosed) parameters of this property… So first, let’s start with the good: FABULOUS: Views, views, views!! The building location and views are incredible, breathtaking and (almost) helped us forget what didn’t work with the property. In terms of location, being directly across from Giant Steps for our first visit to Brian Head was awesome, and this property totally delivered! NOT FABULOUS: this place is NOT a 3 bedroom at all, it’s a one bedroom plus loft that was made into 2 additional bedrooms. What that means: since the upstairs is a loft, neither of the “bedrooms” are enclosed and therefore kids could hear us and vice versa (who needs that?!?😜). It also means the master is open to the entire unit, aka can’t make coffee, use the microwave, turn on the TV or make a sound without waking up the entire unit. Also, there is no window covering on the East window, so at 6am every morning, the bright sun shines on the Master Bed…not cool at all, especially considering there’s zero air circulation upstairs, so we all cooked every night! Finally, the place was filthy —hairs on the sheets, comforters and bathroom floor, stains on the couch, popcorn kernels under the chairs, and dishwasher left full so we arrived from a 10hr trip to unload dishes…not cool! In fairness, when I advised Brad of the condition of the condo, he did refund our cleaning fee…a minimum in my mind. Overall, awesome location, but the condo was ultimately the downside of our stay. I would unfortunately not consider booking this unit again…

Everything was perfect! This was our first time to Brian Head. We were fortunate to have great snow for skiing in early January. The condo was clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed. The host was very helpful and quick to respond to questions. The garage was a big plus! Our family of five (4 adults and 1 teenager) would love to return and book this condo again!

Great location at the base of mountain. Condo was clean and well furnished. The two bedrooms are loft style, and they share a bathroom. The downstairs bedroom was perfect for the three cousins. Would stay here again!

Great location!

The location was great! Right across from Giant Steps so that was convenient. The condo was very clean and the bunk room was great for the kids (however it was always freezing in that room even when we turned up the heat). The upstairs/loft would get hot but the bunk rooms stayed chilly. We had another family that stayed with us but this isn’t exactly a 3 bedroom place. The “master” bedroom is actually part of the loft so it’s a loft split into “master” and the loft bedroom. Also the master bath is a Jack and Jill with the loft bedroom. Brad was great and answered all of our questions right away. We would stay here again. Just keep in mind that if you want privacy it’s only the bunk bedroom that’s an actual room.
