Nice double room in spacious two-bed flat located minutes walk from New Street station.
The Flat comes with large lounge, private toilet and bathroom, washing machine, new fridge and plenty of storage.
The rooms has a double bed and built-in wardrobe and drawers. All modern appliances and shared restroom .
The flat is located on a walking distance from Birmingham Arena, nice pubs and restaurant for locals.
You will be sharing the flat with a young Professional.
The space
Located just at the heart of Birmingham city center it is the perfect spot for walks. Within 10 minutes you'll get to Broad street which is across the Canals.
In the living room, we have a 2 and 3 seater sofa which comfortable.
Opposite is private room with a double bed.
Guest access
If travelling by car you will need to use an on-street paid parking bay. These are available in the area, subject to availability.
Birmingham New street station is located 15 mins away. The nearest bus stop is 4 mins from the flat.
