This restoration of a small old house in a working-class neighborhood (Bairro Particular S. João do Carmo), in addition to a spectacular view over the flow of the Douro River and its banks, has two bedrooms on the lower floor, a living room and kitchen on the middle floor and a double bedroom on the top floor, all served by a balcony garden over the river.
The view from the living room as well as the double bedroom is magnificent.
