Das Ferienhaus selbst ist eigentlich in Ordnung. Für acht Personen finde ich es zu klein. Das Haus hat 1 Toilette, 2x Bäder mit einer Dusche, eine davon befindet sich im Schlafzimmer direkt, sprich ohne Verbindungstür. In der Dusche keine Abstellmöglichkeiten. Klimaanlage ist nur unten im Esszimmer/Küche . Es gibt aber drei Ventilatoren. Schlafzimmer sind groß genug. Schränke sind auch vorhanden. Schlafkissen am besten eigene mitbringen, da die vorhandenen viiiiel zu hoch sind. Garten ist groß genug ( Kunstrasen). Die Terrasse ist auch groß, liegt aber ca.60 cm über dem Boden und hat kein Geländer . Wäre mit Familien mit kleinen Kindern bisschen problematisch. Kein Insektenschutz an den Fenstern . Pool ist groß genug. Liegefläche auch mit Kunstrasen ausgelegt und reicht für 4-5 Familien. Strandt ist ca. 5 Minuten entfernt und auch schön. Was mich aber unglaublich geärgert hat war Nr.1 der Check in. Laut Buchungsbestätigung zwischen 15-16 Uhr, ist aber offiziell er erst um 17 Uhr. Waren viel früher da, was natürlich unser Problem ist. Zwar versucht jemanden zu erreichen, aber ohne Erfolg. Dann waren wir um 15 Uhr da, dann haben wir durch eine Bewohnerin erfahren, dass die Rezeption erst um 16 Uhr wieder aufmacht. Also wieder rumgefahren. Dann um 16 Uhr wieder da. Gewartet bis jemand kommt und um 16:30 eingecheckt. Nr.2 ist WLAN was zwar in der Beschreibung steht ( und für mich ein Auswahlkriterium war) , aber im Haus gar nicht vorhanden, sondern nur an der Rezeption. Sowas muss genau drin stehen!

Von der Anreise bis zur Abreise: Ärger statt Erholung

Schon vor der Ankunft Stress pur: Nach 16 Std. Fahrt und acht bis neun vergeblichen Anrufversuchen erreichten wir endlich den „angegebenen Kontakt für unsere Unterkunft“. Seine Antwort: Er habe keine Ahnung, sei nicht zuständig und wisse auch nicht, wer für uns zuständig ist. Die in der Buchung angegebene Adresse? Ein leeres Feld. Erst Einheimische führten uns zur tatsächlichen Unterkunft.Dort der nächste Schock: Schmutzige Böden mit Flecken und Haaren, Staub in den Ecken, rote Flecken auf der Couch, verschimmelte Unterlage bei der Spüle. Alle Kissen fleckig, teils wie Speichelspuren. Nur eine Klimaanlage kühlte, die anderen angeblich nur zum Heizen – trotz einstellbarer 12,5 C. Kostenloses WLAN und Mobilfunk? Fehlanzeige. Nur dank eines netten Nachbarn hatten wir schwaches, ständig abbrechendes Internet, welches wir von ihm anzapfen.Sonnenschirm von Tag 1 defekt, täglich gemeldet, nie ersetzt. uns wurde jeden Tag neu versprochen, dass jemand kommt und den Sonnenschirm austauscht. Aber bis zum letzten Tag kam niemand. Ein Waschbecken verstopft, der Hausmeister zog Berge von Haaren heraus. Die Spülmaschine lief nur im Eco-Programm (3:50 Std.) und spülte trotzdem nicht sauber.Viele Mängel wären leicht zu beheben gewesen. Stattdessen: Versprechen, Hinhaltetaktik, kein Einsatz. Unser Fazit: enttäuschend, ärgerlich und weit entfernt von dem, was gebucht und bezahlt wurde. Keine Empfehlung. Und dazu noch die Kaution von 500 , wegen der wir bangen, ob wir diese zurückbekomme
