We present the charming Casa Tonina, an authentic Mallorcan country house that perfectly combines a traditional rustic style with all the comforts of modern life. This well maintained house is located in a privileged and private area of the municipality of Pollensa in the quiet north of Mallorca, at the foot of the Tramuntana mountain range, declared World Heritage Site by UNESCO.
The house has 3 spacious bedrooms, two of them with two single beds in each one and one with a double bed. The guests also have the comfort of two complete bathrooms, one of them with bathtub and the other one with shower.
In the house we find a comfortable and cosy living-dining room that gives way to a spacious kitchen complete with everything you need to cook tasty Mediterranean dishes to enjoy with your family or groups of friends.
The outdoor area offers the optimal space to enjoy a perfect summer holiday, with its totally private fenced garden with swimming pool, sun loungers, barbecue and outdoor dining furniture.

Remark 1. The final cleaning costs are included in the rental price. This does not exempt the guests from their obligation to take care of the property. Nothing will be deducted from your deposit as long as the use of the property is reasonable.
Remark 2. In those properties of Mallorca Holiday Properties where the space allows the inclusion of an extra bed, and always subject to availability, the cost will be 15€ per person and day.
Remark 3. Check-out time is 10:00. If a later check-out is possible, it is always subject to availability and will cost 90 € until 13:00 and 160 € until 16:00.
Remark 4. Free entry to the accommodation with our agency staff until 10 pm, €30 (10 pm–midnight) or €50 (after midnight). There is also the option of free self-check-in with a staff welcome the next day.
Remark 5. Electricity consumption is not included in the accommodation price. The cost is 0.25€/Kw to be paid on departure.
Remark 6. On the Balearic Islands, all hotels/tourist accommodation are obliged to charge guests over 16 years of age the Tourist Tax, which is then paid to the Regional Authorities.

Our stay in Villa Tonina

We have just spent a few wonderful days in this lovely villa with garden and pool, and we couldn't be happier with the experience. We travelled as a family - my wife, our three children and myself - and it was the perfect place to unwind and enjoy together. The house is cosy, very well equipped and tastefully decorated. Every corner conveys tranquility and is designed to make both adults and children feel at ease. The rooms are comfortable and spacious, and the cleanliness is impeccable. The garden is one of the great attractions: large, well kept and with ideal corners to read, play or just relax in the sun. The pool was, without a doubt, our children's favourite. They spent hours happily swimming and playing, while we lounged on the sun loungers. Another strong point is the setting. The house is situated in a very quiet area, surrounded by nature, but close enough to charming villages and routes to explore. All in all, an unforgettable stay in a place we would recommend with our eyes closed. Perfect for families looking for peace, comfort and an unbeatable natural environment, we will come back for sure!
