Primrose Valley Holiday Park is one the largest Haven sites, is brimming with family fun! Kids and grown-ups alike will love the indoor swimming pool complete with a multi-lane water slide. If you prefer to take it outdoors there’s the heated pool and access to a sandy beach; or you tackle the outdoor Aerial Adventure course and visit the mini Fun Fair. Filey is a short drive or stroll north and is brilliant for a day out of the park.

Syke View Lodge is the epitome of a luxury and opulent holiday home by the coast; with uninterrupted sea views, and a generous decking area. It has 2 bedrooms - a master double bed, a twin bedroom, and also a double pull out sofabed in the living room - sleeping up to 6 people. The lodge is only a few years old and has been carefully designed to meet our guests high standards and to keep up with modern trends. Elegant soft furnishings have been added to give the home an extra touch of comfort. Syke View Lodge is complete with a spacious living area incorporating an open plan kitchen/ diner, bathroom facilities, gas, water, electric, Wifi, Smart TV, dishwasher, washing machine and a shared parking available on the door step.

Fresh towels, bed linen, the ability to sign into Netflix at your fingertips! We want you to feel comfortable, relaxed and at ease for the duration of your stay.

We had the most amazing weekend at Skye View Lodge in Primrose Valley, Filey — it truly exceeded all our expectations. This was our second stay with KAF Properties, and once again, the experience was flawless. Their consistent attention to detail and high standards made this stay just as special as the first. From the moment we arrived, we were blown away by the stunning location and the immaculate condition of the lodge. Highly recommend this luxurious & relaxing coastal retreat.
