House of 200m2 located in a privileged location only 100m from Cala Bon Caponet, 45km from Port Aventura and 50km from Reus Airport. It is distributed on the ground floor with a large outdoor area with panoramic sea views and is equipped with a table and chairs, hammocks for sunbathing and a barbecue. There are two suite-type bedrooms with a double bed and a private bathroom with a shower and bath and two bedrooms with two single beds each. It has a total of 3 bathrooms, 1 toilet, fully equipped kitchen, filter coffee maker, washing machine, dishwasher, fans, television, Wi-Fi throughout the establishment, private parking area for 5 cars and sheets and towels included. Key collection takes place from 4pm to 9pm with an option to extend. It is a smoke-free property. Pets are allowed with an additional cost. At the check in we will ask for the tourist tax of 1.00 x person x night and documentation. Groups under 25 years of age are not accepted. We will be at your disposal almost 24h for anything you may need during the stay.
