Located close to amenities in a popular area in the resort of Costa Teguise this 4 bedroom villa is perfect for a family holiday and couples. The property is on 2 levels with two bedrooms upstairs and 2 bedrooms downstairs. Terraces from the two upstairs bedrooms enjoy views across the resort to the sea. The downstairs terrace is furnished with outdoor table and chairs and sunbeds with the pool being south facing allowing for all day sunshine. The popular town square of Pueblo Marinero with bars restaurants and weekly market is just a 10-15 minute walk and the main sandy beach of Las Cucharas about the same. *** Please note that one of the bedrooms is a double sofa bed.
