Overpriced
This property is well located and the agent was easily contactable and friendly but there are some issues.We were informed that parking outside was permit parking but there was parking available in adjacent streets. Despite driving most of them, we were unable to find any close to the property. We were then told that there were 3 spaces behind the property but they are not for exclusive use. The property should really come with a permit for the price paid.or with a warning that patking is very limited.Check in was hassle free but stepping in to the entrance hall, the carpet is stained and this was also the case throughout the property. In the front room, the legs have been removed from the sofas (not like the photos on line) meaning you are practically sitting on the floor; not good if you have knee or back issues and there is no live TV.There are numerous smaller defecs such as holes in the wall, toilet seat not bolted on, toilet brush broken and dirty, no kitchen sink plug, shower rail loose and leaking and badly made wardrobes.This property is in a good location but is overpriced for the standard presented. Overall, disappointed.
