LIVING AREA
The entrance leads into a spacious open-plan living area, the heart of the villa: a bright and welcoming lounge for conversation, listening to music, or immersing yourself in a book.
A second lounge features a large TV, a library, and a work desk.
In continuity with the living room is the dining area, visually separated from the kitchen by rough stone walls.

The kitchen, warm and professional, is divided into three areas:
• cooking area, with the iconic freestanding Lacanche
• washing and refrigeration area (fridge, freezer, and two wine cellars)
• breakfast area, next to the old stone fireplace, illuminated in the morning by the light filtering through the wide east-facing windows.
