On the ground floor, you will find a spacious kitchen with a large dining area, perfect for long, enjoyable meals, as well as a cozy living room with comfortable furnishings and an open fireplace that creates a warm and inviting atmosphere on cooler evenings. The bathroom is of a simpler standard with shower and wc, but a washing machine is available for your convenience. Upstairs, there are three bedrooms and an additional bed suitable for a child. Nearby, the charming town of Askersund awaits, located at the northern tip of Lake Vättern. Here, you can enjoy boat trips, explore the beautiful archipelago, or stroll along picturesque streets lined with small shops and cozy cafés. For outdoor enthusiasts, the surrounding nature offers excellent opportunities for both cycling and hiking, with Tiveden National Park providing an unforgettable experience for those who want to immerse themselves in Sweden’s wilderness. If you would rather enjoy the peace and quiet by the water, there are both nice swimming spots and excellent fishing waters, either in Vättern or in Lake Åmmelången. The nearest swimming spot is 250 meters from the house. Golf enthusiasts can play a round on Åmmeberg's historic golf course, while those interested in culture can visit the beautiful Stjernsund Castle and learn about its history.
