Wonderful Stay

The location is spectacular and the boathouse was the perfect place to stay Owners were on hand if needed We saw a seal on our last morning Birdsong was beautiful Canoe was a great addition Welcome Prosecco… thank you Recommend a torch (we arrived in the dark) The wood burner hadn’t been cleaned out Microwave needed a wipe out Some Oven pans were dirty Wi fi password needs updating on site Dreadful smell in boathouse when we arrived Remove rustic BBQ as something that can be used or ensure it can be used Explain there is a remote for the blinds Mention cushions etc in blanket box

A must stay

What an incredible place — absolutely stunning. We spent an early Christmas here surrounded by peace, quiet and quality time together. If you’re looking to truly unwind and switch off, this is perfect. We especially loved the bedroom and the little ladder leading up to it, we’re very adventurous so this was very cool! Here’s a light-hearted, jokey version you can add on If we had to be really picky… a couple of blinds on the lower windows would be amazing. We did have a tiny fear that someone might be standing outside in the dark watching us very horror-movie vibes But honestly, it didn’t take away from how incredible the place was at all!
