About this property

Apartment in Piticchio with Pool and BBQ

This lovely 1-bedroom flat can accommodate a family of 4. It has a shared garden and a shared swimming pool in the middle of greenery and is a perfect escape from stressful city life.
The city centre is only 200 m away. Basic shopping is possible 500 m away.

The villa also has a barbecue and there are playground equipment for the little ones. There is a recreation room with a fireplace and ample seating. Central heating ensures a warm environment.

Public transport is available 1.5 km away.

Piticchio is a picturesque village, where you can have fun, enjoy the unsurpassed tranquillity of the place and unparalleled views, surrounded by nature.

On one side, the impassable chain of the Apennines towers, on the other the Adriatic Sea, and in between, gentle hills rise up in a beautiful setting, characterised by a truly extraordinary variety of landscapes. The village of Piticchio is only a few hundred metres from the house. Since the streets of Piticchio are not busy, children can play in the street without danger.

Ein wunderschöner Ort in traumhafter Lage! Der Blick auf die Hügel war atemberaubend. Die Wohnung war sauber und hatte einen rustikalen Charme. Obwohl es kleinere Probleme mit dem Warmwasser gab, war der Aufenthalt insgesamt wunderbar, und wir haben die Zeit in der umliegenden Natur sehr genossen.

Ons verblijf in Belvilla by Oyo Tramonto was werkelijk magisch. Het appartement was gezellig, mooi ingericht en bood voldoende ruimte voor ons gezin van vier. We waren vooral dol op de gemeenschappelijke tuin en het zwembad, een fantastische manier om te ontspannen na een dagje de prachtige natuur te hebben verkend. De rust van Piticchio zorgde ervoor dat we gemakkelijk konden ontspannen en het prachtige uitzicht op de Apennijnen was adembenemend. Bovendien lag het dorpscentrum op korte loopafstand, waardoor u gemakkelijk de belangrijkste boodschappen kunt doen of kunt genieten van een maaltijd in een van de lokale restaurants. Ik kan dit verborgen pareltje van harte aanbevelen!

Die schönste Aussicht und Sonnenuntergang! Wir saßen stundenlang am Pool und schauten ... Wohnung war ordentlich und hatte alles. Wir hatten keinen eigenen Balkon oder Garten neben der Wohnung, nutzten aber den Tisch und die Küche in der Nähe des Gartens. Die Besitzer sind super süß und hilfsbereit. Wir haben uns sehr willkommen gefühlt. Piticchio ist ein super kleiner, aber süßer Ort. Bäckerei und Shop um die Ecke. Supermarkt bis max. 10 Autominuten. Die Lage war perfekt für verschiedene Ausflüge in die Umgebung. Wir hatten eine tolle Zeit!

Sehr freundlich, sprechen gut deutsch, die Zimmer waren ordentlich sauber und ordentlich, gute Betten und fantastische Umgebung. Die Dorfbewohner sind sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend, war es für uns in einer wunderschönen Gegend mit vielen Ruhe entspannen und dennoch Spaß Ausflügen in der Natur. Kurz gesagt, ein Muss.

Schönes Haus am Rande des kleinen Pittichio. Schöne Aussicht. Es gibt einen kleinen Pool mit vielen Liegestühlen, auch mit einer schönen Aussicht. Es gibt eine Bäckerei (frisches Brot) 50 Meter gegenüber einem kleinen Essen Angelegenheit. Pittichio ist ein schönes altes Dorf mit einer schönen Terrasse auf dem Dorfplatz. Das Gebiet hat viel zu sehen, und der Strand ist einen Kilometer oder 30. Pietro und Birgitte (Hosts) sind sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit ein Deutsch sprechen.

Schönes Hotel mit schöner Aussicht. Es gibt eine Bäckerei und ein Café im Dorf. Es gibt viele kleine Dörfer / Schlösser in der Umgebung. San Marino ist 1,5 Stunden von ihm entfernt, aber wir fanden eine der am meisten Spaß Reisen. Ein Tag am Pool die Kinder sehr schön liebte aber das Wasser war ziemlich kalt.
