The property is suitable for a couple or a small family. The accommodation is close to Saint-Laurent-des-Mortiers (3 km) and Lion d'Angers (25 km), where the spectacular horse event takes place every year. You can swim at the outdoor pool in Châteauneuf-sur-Sarthe (11 km) or in the nearby Mayenne River, and renting a boat at Daon (12 km) is also worthwhile. Fans can fish at the lake in Sœurdres (5 km) and in nearby Champigné you will find a beautiful 18-hole golf course. From the covered terrace you can fully enjoy the beautiful garden. At the back of the house you will find a charming sitting area, among the flowers. The discreet owners live on this side of the property (30 m).
