Large family weekends near the Veluwe usually revolve around campfires, cycling routes, and children disappearing outdoors for hours at a time, and this spacious villa near Elburg is designed exactly for that kind of stay. Sleeping up to 30 guests across 10 bedrooms, the house combines woodland surroundings with enough indoor and outdoor space to make large group holidays feel lively without becoming crowded.

Most afternoons naturally drift toward the garden, barbecue, and outdoor fireplace while children move between the trampoline, sand pit, and nearby recreational facilities. Once the evenings cool down, groups usually gather around the covered fire area long after dinner ends.

The Veluwe forests begin just 100 metres away and are especially popular for cycling and wildlife walks through heathlands and pine woodland. Zandverstuiving De Haere can be reached within roughly 8 minutes and offers one of the region’s most unusual landscapes with shifting sand dunes and open heath. Elburg lies around 13 minutes away for cobbled streets, fishing harbours, and old Hanseatic architecture, while Walibi Holland can be reached within approximately 17 minutes for roller coasters and family rides. Guests looking for quieter afternoons should also visit the Veluwe Randmeren lakes nearby for paddleboarding, sailing, and sandy beach walks during summer.

Please note that guests can also access the recreational facilities at the neighbouring Capfun campsite. These include water slides, an indoor playground, a petting zoo, tennis courts and various other recreational facilities for all ages.
