Well-maintained and well-located vacation home with panoramic views of the water, both inside and outside, located only 125 meters from the water with a child-friendly beach on Fur.The cottage offers ample opportunity to enjoy your vacation in peace and quiet. In addition, there are several cozy nooks that are perfect for reading a good book while enjoying the view of the waves. The ground floor has a kitchen with a ceramic stove, range hood, refrigerator/freezer, dishwasher, microwave, and coffee maker. There is also a cozy dining room/living room. Bathroom with bathtub, shower, and toilet. There are two bedrooms, both with comfortable double beds.There is a washing machine, high chair, changing table, and weekend bed for the little ones. The cottage is energy efficient with a heat pump, allowing for lower consumption. In addition, the primary heat source is district heating. Lovely terrace with garden furniture and gas grill, where you can enjoy dinner while watching the sun set over the water. On the first floor, there is a large living room/lounge with access to a fantastic balcony with café set, etc., so you can enjoy the panoramic view of the water to the fullest, perhaps with a cup of coffee. The living room offers cozy furniture, free internet, and a flat-screen TV with both German and Danish TV channels, including TV-2. In addition, there is Chromecast, where you can stream your own TV services.Not available for rental to youth groups.A refundable deposit might be charged closer to your check-in date. The security deposit ensures a smooth stay and covers any additional services or consumption charges.This deposit covers utilities consumed during your stay and any additional services that may be taken.The final amount will be adjusted based on actual meter readings, actual usage of extra services, and any remaining balance will be refunded within 21 days after checkout.This deposit simply acts as a prepayment for charges that  you would anyways pay for, ensuring a seamless stay and check-out experience.
