The house features three bedrooms: one with a double bed, a second with two single beds, and a third with a double sofa bed, providing comfortable accommodation for families or small groups. The living room is bright and welcoming, equipped with free Wi-Fi, a flat-screen TV, a cozy fireplace, and comfortable furnishings for relaxing evenings. The bathroom was fully renovated in 2022 and includes a walk-in shower with rain showerhead, WC, and underfloor heating for added comfort. The kitchen is modern and well-equipped with a fridge-freezer, dishwasher, coffee machine, and washing machine, making it easy to prepare meals and enjoy family gatherings in a practical setting. Outside, a large, wind-protected wooden terrace awaits, featuring both a covered and an open area for outdoor dining, sunbathing, or relaxing in the fresh air. The property also has a spacious lawn and trees surrounding the house, ensuring privacy. For added convenience, there is a charging point for electric cars on-site. The house is not available for rental to youth or trades groups.A refundable deposit might be charged closer to your check-in date. The security deposit ensures a smooth stay and covers any additional services or consumption charges.This deposit covers utilities consumed during your stay and any additional services that may be taken.The final amount will be adjusted based on actual meter readings, actual usage of extra services, and any remaining balance will be refunded within 21 days after checkout.This deposit simply acts as a prepayment for charges that  you would anyways pay for, ensuring a seamless stay and check-out experience.
