In the living room, you can light the wood-burning stove, sit back on the sofa and enjoy each other's company in front of the TV with Chromecast - or just let the silence and the crackling of the flames calm you down. The open kitchen is equipped with everything you need to cook delicious meals together: electric stove, fridge, freezer, microwave, dishwasher and coffee maker. The bathroom is bright and practical with a shower, sink, toilet and washing machine - so you'll be comfortable throughout your stay. Outside you'll find a lovely terrace with garden furniture, sun loungers and a barbecue. Here you can enjoy your morning coffee in the sunrise, long summer evenings and the fresh air on the large, peaceful natural grounds of 1101 m². The house is heated with electric heating and air/air heat pump and is located in a quiet cottage area - perfect for completely disconnecting. Smoking is not allowed.A refundable deposit might be charged closer to your check-in date. The security deposit ensures a smooth stay and covers any additional services or consumption charges.This deposit covers utilities consumed during your stay and any additional services that may be taken.The final amount will be adjusted based on actual meter readings, actual usage of extra services, and any remaining balance will be refunded within 21 days after checkout.This deposit simply acts as a prepayment for charges that  you would anyways pay for, ensuring a seamless stay and check-out experience.
