Two-story vacation home, partially renovated in 2022, with activities for the whole family, located only about 200 meters from the water at Thyborøn. The outdoor area of the house offers ample opportunity to enjoy your vacation in peace and quiet, as well as the opportunity for ball games and play. In addition, there are several cozy corners that are ideal for reading a good book while the kids play. The area is enclosed, so small children can play safely. The house also offers various activities, providing many hours of entertainment for the whole family, including billiards, table football, air hockey, etc. (mini table) and electronic darts. The house is heated by district heating, which means lower consumption.The summer house is practically furnished with a combined living room/kitchen/family room. The living room has a flat-screen TV with Chromecast, where you can stream your own TV services, German channels, free Danish channels, and high-speed internet. Beautiful kitchen with ceramic hob, separate oven, fridge/freezer, microwave, coffee machine, and dishwasher. Conservatory with bar area and dining table, as well as access to the house's terrace. Bright bathroom with bath, shower, and toilet. Bedroom with high-quality double bed. Utility room with washing machine and dryer. On the first floor, there are four bedrooms, one of which has two single beds, two rooms with double beds, and one room with a double bed and a sofa bed for two people with an adjoining balcony, where you can enjoy your morning coffee while taking in the view of the area – this bedroom also has a TV with German and free Danish channels. In addition, there is a guest bathroom with a bathtub, shower, and toilet. The house has an open terrace with comfortable garden furniture, sun loungers, and a charcoal grill, where you can enjoy your evening meal while watching the sun set over the area. Not available for rental to youth groups or construction crews.A refundable deposit might be charged closer to your check-in date. The security deposit ensures a smooth stay and covers any additional services or consumption charges.This deposit covers utilities consumed during your stay and any additional services that may be taken.The final amount will be adjusted based on actual meter readings, actual usage of extra services, and any remaining balance will be refunded within 21 days after checkout.This deposit simply acts as a prepayment for charges that  you would anyways pay for, ensuring a seamless stay and check-out experience.
