The living room also offers direct access to the house’s bright garden room, where you can sit comfortably, sheltered from wind or rain, without missing the view of the green surroundings. This makes it an ideal spot to enjoy your morning coffee, read a book, or watch the children play in the garden. The home features three bedrooms, carefully arranged to suit different needs. One bedroom has a double bed and a connecting door to a single bedroom – ideal for families with younger children who want to sleep close to their parents. The third bedroom is spacious enough for up to three guests, making the house a practical choice for larger groups. With its thoughtful layout and inviting outdoor areas, this holiday home combines comfort and functionality in a natural setting. The security deposit ensures a smooth stay and covers any additional services or consumption charges.This deposit covers utilities consumed during your stay and any additional services that may be taken.The final amount will be adjusted based on actual meter readings, actual usage of extra services, and any remaining balance will be refunded within 21 days after checkout.This deposit simply acts as a prepayment for charges that  you would anyways pay for, ensuring a seamless stay and check-out experience.
