The house is surrounded by a natural garden, which provides the perfect setting for a wonderful vacation in Marielyst on Falster. Here you can enjoy sunny days and mild evenings on the large wooden terrace, which is equipped with garden furniture and a refreshing outdoor shower. The house was newly renovated in 2024 and has a cozy living room where you can relax in front of the TV, which is equipped with Chromecast for streaming your own services. Adjacent to the living room is a lovely dining area and a well-equipped kitchenette with induction hobs, oven, fridge/freezer, and dishwasher. An added bonus is the cozy conservatory, where you can enjoy meals all year round thanks to the built-in wood-burning stove. The bathroom is modern and includes a toilet, sink, and shower. There are three bedrooms, one with two single beds, one with a double bed, and one with four bunk beds. The garden also offers a cozy annex with two additional beds. This cottage is the perfect place to create wonderful holiday memories with family and friends, surrounded by the beauty of nature and with both the beach and cottage village life within walking distance.A refundable deposit might be charged closer to your check-in date. The security deposit ensures a smooth stay and covers any additional services or consumption charges.This deposit covers utilities consumed during your stay and any additional services that may be taken.The final amount will be adjusted based on actual meter readings, actual usage of extra services, and any remaining balance will be refunded within 21 days after checkout.This deposit simply acts as a prepayment for charges that  you would anyways pay for, ensuring a seamless stay and check-out experience.
