The local grocery store is about 1200 meters away, and Marielyst town center, where there are also shopping opportunities, is about 3 km away.The cozy living room is combined with a modern kitchen, which includes an induction stove, coffee maker, refrigerator/freezer, and dishwasher. The living room has a smart TV and wireless internet, and adjacent to the living room is a foosball table and darts for children of all ages to enjoy.The house has three bedrooms, one with a double bed, the other with a double bed and a TV with Chromecast and PlayStation 4. The third bedroom has three bunk beds, two at the bottom and one at the top.The bathroom has a toilet, sink, and shower. The house is heated by an air/water heat pump that provides heat for the underfloor heating and radiators.From the living room, you have direct access to the lovely wooden terrace with garden furniture, sun loungers, and a charcoal grill. Large natural grounds with a play frame and soccer goals, as well as a fire pit and space for many other games in the garden. Not available for rental to youth groups.A refundable deposit might be charged closer to your check-in date. The security deposit ensures a smooth stay and covers any additional services or consumption charges.This deposit covers utilities consumed during your stay and any additional services that may be taken.The final amount will be adjusted based on actual meter readings, actual usage of extra services, and any remaining balance will be refunded within 21 days after checkout.This deposit simply acts as a prepayment for charges that  you would anyways pay for, ensuring a seamless stay and check-out experience.
