About the host
Hosted by Chad Cournya

I live most of my time in London UK, and spend a few months a year back in London Ontario. I host a music festival in the backyard every September called TINY FEST which explains big stage in the backyard! I am a musician, producer, and work in the music industry. I love to travel, go to concerts and music festivals.
Why they chose this property
The best thing about the neighbourhood is Gibbons park across the street. It's known for its scenic trails, vibrant foliage, and peaceful picnic spots, particularly beautiful in the autumn when the leaves change color. The park features a Kiwanis Music Park with musical instruments, a splash pad, and an outdoor pool. It's a popular spot for leisurely walks, photography, and family activities. The neighbourhood is very quiet, with large beautiful trees and lots of nature. You can often see owls. bald eagles, red tailed hawks, foxes, rabbits, and Canadian Geese! It is walkable to downtown with lots of cafes, pubs, restaurants and coffee shops.
What makes this property unique
The decor and 1960s-1980's styling and furniture. The books, and record players and records, as well as the large backyard and patio.
