Personally, I lacked an iron, washing machine and a place to dry laundry. could have brought less clothes. But this is compensated by a fairly convenient location and quiet neighborhood. The apartment is completely as described, the mattresses on the beds are very comfortable, great short term accommodation for a small family. Thank you for your hospitality

Across from Porto

The property was in good condition, older building and 4 sets of stairs could be challenging after a long day of sightseeing and walking a lot. The beddings and towels were beautiful and white as can be (older materials) Communication with the host was very good and she responded quickly toOur questions prior to our arrival. There was an issue with what appeared to be a leak of water from the refrigerator t started the second day of our 6 day stay. I reported as soon as we saw it and could not figure out why it was happening. The issue could have resolved sooner, but there were some miscommunication between the host and us. Other than that, a good place to stay in Vila Nova de Gaia.

Logement idéalement situé, à proximité du Pont Luis I, même si pour le rejoindre ça monte et ça descend, comme partout dans Porto ! Immeuble calme. Nous avions choisi cet appartement pour ses deux chambres, nous avons bien dormi. Bon rapport qualité/prix, ok pour 2-3 nuits car l’appartement propose le stricte minimum. Une odeur d’humidité, sûrement dû à une fuite dans la salle de bain, devient désagréable apres 3 jours.

Ottima posizione ma nel bagno c'è la muffa e un cattivo odore

La posizione dell'appartamento è ottima, vicino al centro ma comunque in una zona tranquilla. Il locale non è molto grande e moderno ma ha il giusto comfort. Le cose che ci hanno lasciati molto insoddisfatti, sono state la pulizia (il pavimento era infatti sporco e pieno di capelli, soprattutto in bagno), la presenza di muffa (probabilmente causata dalle piccole perdite del boiler vicino alla doccia), e la risposta dell'host quando le abbiamo comunicato questo problema. A causa della muffa infatti, c'era uno sgradevolissimo odore in bagno, molto forte, che non se n'è mai andato, anche perché questa stanza è molto piccola e non c'è una finestra o una ventola. Quando abbiamo scritto all'host, lei ha negato la presenza della muffa e quindi dell'odore, affermando che né la squadra delle pulizie, né precedenti clienti, l'avessero mai notata, e non ci ha aiutato a trovare una soluzione. Ho provato a condividerle delle foto sulla mail ma non ho ricevuto risposta.Nel complesso, il soggiorno non è stato del tutto spiacevole, la posizione è ottima e la casa è comoda, ma sicuramente rivedrei questo problema del bagno.

Au pied du Pont Luís très bien pour visiter Porto à pied et Gaia. Équipement minimum mais logement correct. Des ventilateurs pour la chaleur serait un plus.
