The space is well appointed and perfect for my daughter and I. Well located just on the fringe of Rapallo core on your way to Santa Margherita. Our host, Stefania was lovely and very gratious. The building is absolutely gorgeous and it seems the upstairs were getting a bit of a renovation. Our space was very well done. Two minor downsides... the gate is narrow and getting in with a car is tricky... follow the instruction video to the letter. The second minor detail is the drainage in the shower was slow.... but somewhat expected for a home that has plumming older than my country. :)

Beautiful, unique stay with excellent service

We loved our stay in this recently renovated boathouse. The property was clean, thoughtfully stocked with the perfect amenities and convenient to Rapallo and Santa Margherita Ligure. Stephania was a gracious and communicative host who provided us with gifts of prosecco and pasta and ensured we had everything we needed at check in and checkout. The unit was stocked with books, brochures and the welcome guide included a wealth of recommendations for food, entertainment, transportation and manuals for all appliances which we felt was above and beyond! We would absolutely stay here again. The only reason we rated 4/5 stars were very minor- the property is on top of a busy road so the beautiful patio was not as functional for us (if the noise doesn’t bother you, it’s a lovely sitting area!) Be sure to watch the video they send with parking instructions- my ADHD brain did not realize that the turn around to come into the left was not a recommendation but necessary as the historic gate is very narrow. We came in from the right and scraped our rental car (user error, but since this is vital to parking and causes damage I would recommend they also write it down this down to emphasize this point as we thought the video was to show where to find the place rather than stating you must enter fromthe left.) Overall a great stay with reliable hosts!
