Casa Perella D is a graceful cottage surrounded by the greenery. It sleeps three people. From Casa Perella D you will enjoy a broad view of the greenery and of the surrounding countryside. Casa Perella D is 30 square meters (320 square feet). It features a shared swimming pool, a private patio, a shared garden, air conditioning (please read description below to check in which rooms the units are installed), winter heating and WI-FI Internet access.
You will be roughly 6.5 km (4 miles) from the center of Loiri Porto San Paolo, where you will find restaurants, shops and public transportation. You will find the closest beach (Le Saline beach) at 13.5 km (roughly 8.4 miles). You will reach Casa Perella D from the parking area without having to climb any steps.
To stay at Casa Perella D you will need a car. You will be able to park it on the premises, in a parking space. Casa Perella D is one of the holiday homes available in a complex. You will reach the swimming pool from the apartment along a 130-meters (430-feet) route that cuts through the garden. The pool is 6 meters (20 feet) large by 5 meters (16 feet) long, 1.6 meters (5.2 feet) deep. The area is equipped with sun loungers, and it is partly shaded by tall trees. From the swimming pool you will enjoy a spellbinding view of the greenery and of the surrounding countryside. You will share the pool with guests staying at 5 other apartments. The swimming pool is open from mid-May until mid-October.

Garden
The garden is 5000 square meters (54000 square feet). It is partly shaded by characteristic olive trees and by perfumed fruit trees. The garden is equipped with a wood bench, as well as with tables, chairs and a gazebo. Here you will also find a stonework barbecue. The garden is shared with the other guests staying at the complex.
Laundry room
You will be able to reach the laundry room from the garden through an external access. Here you will find a washing machine, an iron and an ironing board at your disposal. You will share the laundry room with the other guests staying at the complex. Parking
The parking area is shared with the other guests staying at the complex, and there will be an area reserved for your exclusive use.  Patio
The patio is 15 square meters (160 square feet) large. It is partly shaded by a pergola with a bamboo roof. It is equipped with a table and chairs. From the patio you will enjoy a lovely view of the garden.
Bedroom
The bedroom is paved with wood. The ceiling is made of wood. The furnishings are simple. The room has a matrimonial bed (160 cm/63 inches, wider than a queen-size bed) and a single bed (80 cm/32 inches). The furnishings include a sofa. There is also a cooking area. The kitchenette is equipped with a two-burner electric cooker, a small refrigerator without freezer, a microwave oven and an Italian-style coffee-maker. There is a table that can accommodate four guests. The room has two windows, and it's equipped with an air conditioning/heating unit.
Bathroom
The bathroom is equipped with a washbasin, a toilet, a shower and a hairdryer. You will be able to enter the bathroom from the bedroom.
