Cosy Kingsize bed hidden away behind curtains, or leave them open as you're not looked over by anyone, and wake up to views of the lake stretching out in front of you! Fantastic bathroom with double shower and double sink vanity unit.

Fully equipped kitchen with breakfast bar. Large open plan living area with corner sofa too. Outdoor comfy chairs & footstool for watching the world go by and of course your huge wood-fired hot tub, all under the balcony so you can embrace the outdoors whatever the weather!

Restaurants/takeaways just a 5 minute drive away. Vast sandy beaches like Bridlington South Beach or amazing coastline for wildlife watching at Flamborough Head 20-30 mins drive; gorgeous market town of Beverley 15 mins drive.
