The Franklin is billed as a first class experience. It is not. There is no human at the Franklin taking care of things. There is no lobby just a single door with code access at street level, There is no elevator despite there being three very high floors. Our room had a nice couch but no coffee table or coffee maker for that matter. The desk had no chair. The air conditioner would not have been out of place in the window of a cheap trailer. Good location.
