Why they chose this property
Our villa is on the Portuguese Silver Coast. Caldas da Rainha is 3km away and is a city known for the arts and its beauty. Surrounded by beautiful beaches and a fabulous medieval town (all about 10 minutes away), the climate is never too hot nor too cold. Less than an hour from Lisbon. Lots of nice restaurants. Perfect location.
What makes this property unique
Lots of room and space to relax. A peaceful haven, nestled between city excitement and coastal tranquility. The villa stands on a fully enclosed plot of 1.600m², of which 1.000m² is a fruit orchard / landscape garden, in a very quiet street, with every comfort. Each bedroom has balcony access, perfect to relax with a drink and watch the sunrise/sunset. Private swimming pool open all year. Fast wi-fi broadband (1Gb). Electric curtains. Underfloor heating on the ground floor. Air conditioning in every room upstairs. The house has 4 bedrooms on the first floor (3 with a double bed and 1 with two single beds), sleeping a maximum of 8 guests. There are 2 bathrooms upstairs (with shower and toilet) and a toilet downstairs. Adjacent to the spacious open space living room there is a separate playroom. Every room in the house has a tv and a work desk. There are 4 sunbeds on the terrace, by the pool. Pool towels also provided in the home.
