Stranded in Milan

Don’t book here. We had no communication EVER from this owner. We tried for 48hours and nothing. VRBO required us to wait until check in at 3 to call them back for support. We did get our money back but the stress of being without a room with a family of 5 was terrible. Very disappointed in our time in Milan bc we spent so much time focusing on housing.

Disliked: Communication

This is a scam. I had been contacting the property owner so many times and did not get any response. I contacted VRBO and the agent was also contacting him but did not get any response as well. We went to the property in Milan but there was no way we can get in. Imagine the stress I went through. I was so furious. Please do not be a victim of this scammer.
